Kiret & Dildeep first crossed paths at a charity event where both were volunteering for the Harman Foundation. Inspired by their shared commitment to making a difference, they decided to collaborate on a new venture, leading to the establishment of KDS Advisors on 13 March 2023.

Kiret brings over 15 years of experience in public service, specialising in small business support and taxation. Her expertise includes strategic planning, community engagement, and policy development, as well as providing tailored tax advice and compliance solutions for small businesses. Kiret has a proven track record of helping entrepreneurs navigate complex tax regulations, optimise their financial strategies, and achieve sustainable growth. Her skills in stakeholder relations, project management, and program evaluation further enhance her ability to drive impactful results for small enterprises.

Dildeep contributes over 15 years of experience in both public practice and the commercial sector. He specialises in tax planning and structuring, Virtual CFO services, and business growth strategies. Dildeep excels in creating effective tax strategies, optimising business structures, and providing comprehensive financial oversight to support business expansion. His focus on driving growth and enhancing financial performance equips clients with the insights and tools needed to achieve their strategic objectives.
